Select the trip you are most interested in, and amend the dates and group size to suit your group. Select the options that you require. You can Save this trip and continue looking at it another time. You can also share it with colleagues for their feedback and suggestions or approval.

Once you have a trip that you are happy with, you can Reserve it. We are then instructed to check the details of your selection and confirm that the arrangements can be made and that there is suitable availability.

3 : Launch your trip

Once we have reviewed your trip it can be launched. You can then share the trip with parents/guardians at the price you have set. Parents can then review the itinerary and then sign up their child to the trip on line. You will receive an automatic email when the trip is fully booked.
