Already qualified and experienced? Great. Never worked in the oudoor industry before? So what. What really matters is who you are. 

Every year we recruit over 250 seasonal staff for our centres across Europe. We are not just looking for qualified instructors but also cooks, general assistants, drivers, administrators, the list goes on! Relevant qualifications are an advantage but not essential. What you must be is hard working. You should also be reliable, happy and outgoing, with a passion for working with young people.
